About the Role
The organization is currently seeking a full-time Associate Director in a lead role within the team. The successful candidate will be technically excellent, have strong business acumen and be comfortable managing client relationships at a senior level and on a global basis. As the main point of contact for key accounts, the individual will provide technical and operational governance. The role reports to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact on key accounts providing operational and technical governance on large scaled global projects and initiatives
Understand key client’s topology, ecosystem and standards fostering a partnership relationship and able to act as a point of escalation from both a technical and quality aspect
Provide technical support to the business where required
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
Drive projects from a high level, managing project risks, resourcing and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget globally
Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures
Be able to scope and budget for projects where required creating proposals and SOWs
Act as a liaison between operations, senior leadership and sales providing regular updates on operational performance and growth opportunities
Develop relationships with local contractors and manufacturers
Mentor the in-country team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to improve operational efficiency
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
Work with senior leadership to ensure effective communication across the global organization
Work with senior leadership to market and promote the organization in region
Discuss the Company offerings at a senior level and identify opportunities for further growth
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with global clients across a range of enterprise security solutions
Strong technical knowledge of security with at least 10 years’ experience in the enterprise space
Commercial understanding, able to prepare proposals and budgets
Ability to work with a fast-paced, collaborative global team
Flexible approach and able to adapt in a growing company
Able to manage and meet deadlines
Positive approach and a desire to grow the business
Problem solving/ Critical thinking ability
Excellent communication both internally and with external stakeholders
Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff
Salary:
$150K/yr - 200K/yr
