Finding the right fit is not always easy. Read our answers to some common or frequently asked questions below.

  • How long is the trial period and what if I am not satisfied?
    We offer our clients a GUARANTEE. Should the placed candidate(s) cease to be employed within the first three months of the first day of employment, we will provide a credit of 100 percent of the cost of a replacement. Please note that such credit will be available for a maximum of one year following the last day of the candidate’s employment. Should the candidate cease to be employed for reasons beyond his or her control, (i.e., layoffs, position redundancy, non-payment of salary, bankruptcy, or any form of creditor protection etc.) our fees would be considered earned.
  • When will I get invoiced?
    The client will be invoiced upon a candidate’s start date. To validate the guarantee, the fee must be paid within 30 days of the date the offer was accepted by the employee. Should the fee not be paid within the aforementioned period, the fee shall remain payable, but the guarantee shall no longer be valid.
  • Will English skills be a problem?
    No. The experts that work at Project Pro read and write fluent English. We conduct lengthy interviews with all our candidates to ensure that they meet the high standards that our clients require.
  • Why should I choose a Project Pro Inc candidate?
    Our candidates are experts in their field, and they are thoroughly vetted after a thorough screening process. Our experts work in all verticals, and we interview and hand-select the best fit for your organization.
  • Where do Project Pro Inc. experts work?
    Most of our experts work remotely from their home office. However, if you feel it absolutely necessary to bring an expert on-site, we can collaborate with you to make that happen.
  • Can I convert a full-time Project Pro Inc expert to work for our company?
    Yes. We can convert our experts, so they can work directly for you.
  • Who owns the legal rights to the work created by a Project Pro Inc expert?
    The client. All work created by a Project Pro employee is the property of the client.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and bank wires.
